The quality management of producing tarpaulins is very important, in every link, we must ensure strict quality requirements.
First, we buy raw materials. The raw material is plastic granules, that is, HDPE granules, so we generally say that the raw material is HDPE, but it is in granular form
Then we put these plastic pellets into a large furnace to melt them at high temperature, but they come out in the form of drawn wire
After the wire comes out, it will be woven into a mesh so that the general shape of the tarp comes out. We will determine the thickness and density of the wire according to the customer’s grammage requirements, so the higher the grammage, the thicker and denser the fabric.
After the fabric is woven, we will cover two layers of film, one on the front of the fabric and one on the back of the fabric, the film is low density polyethylene material. This is the time to determine the color of the PE tarp. So there will be many colors, the most common ones are blue, silver, gray, olive green, orange, white, etc.
Then the last step is to make the packaging In this process, we can make many sizes according to the customer’s requirements and pack by package, carton, pallet, and the inner packaging is plastic and art paper
Of course our PE tarp machine is 2m wide, so we weave cloth 2m wide is the most. But some customers ask for 4m 5m 6m 8m 10m or even 20m, we can also produce it, only 2m can be welded. Then we can make any width.
