Production process of tarpaulin
I want to introduce the production process of tarpaulin in detail in our PE tarpaulin factory.
- First, we purchase raw materials. The raw material is plastic particles, that is, HDPE particles, so we generally say that the raw material is HDPE, but it is granular
- Then we put these plastic particles into a large melting furnace to melt at high temperature, but come out in the form of drawing
- After the iron wire comes out, it will be woven into a net, so that the general shape of the tarp comes out. We will determine the thickness and density of the wire according to the customer’s weight requirements, so the higher the weight, the thicker and denser the fabric.
- After the fabric is woven, we will cover two layers of film, one on the front of the fabric and one on the back of the fabric. The film is made of low-density polyethylene. At this time, it is necessary to determine the color of the PE tarpaulin. So there are many colors, the most common ones are blue, silver, gray, olive green, orange, white, etc.
- Then the last step is to make the packaging. In this process, we can make a variety of sizes according to customer requirements, and pack them in packages, cartons, and pallets. The inner packaging is plastic and art paper.
- Of course our PE tarpaulin machine is 2m wide, so 2m wide weaving is the most. But some customers require 4m 5m 6m 8m 10m or even 20m, we can also produce it, only 2m can be welded. Then we can make any width.
