Our upgraded version of the reinforced side shading net has the following details.
- Protective pads are added to each grommet. This greatly strengthens the firmness of the grommet and shade cloth material. It is not easy to loosen and will not fall off the line.
- A more favorable packaging method is adopted to fix the cable eye on the shade cloth with stronger force. Anti-falling and anti-deformation.
- The grommet is made of metal aluminum or metal copper, which is not rusty and stronger. Moreover, the inner diameter of the grommet is enlarged to make it easier for the rope to pass through. The fixed ones are also stronger.
- Use more parallel stitches at the edges. There are 6 parallel stitches, which is 2 times stronger than the previous version.
- The suture material used is a special selection, not traditional nylon thread, has stronger anti-ultraviolet ability and is stronger.
- The reinforced edge is wider and thicker. The wrap angle is also thicker and stronger.
These details mainly solve the problems that the edging and grommet of the past shading nets are not strong, easy to deform and fall off. Let the shade cloth have no weaknesses and have a longer service life.
